Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times are estimated from the day you approve your final artwork. These times are not fixed and can be influenced by any changes or additional photo requests.

• US & Canada: 5 - 7 working days
• UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand: 5 - 9 working days
• Other regions: 7 - 12 working days

Shipping Cost: We offer free global shipping on all orders.

All our products will be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other international shipping companies.

Artwork Creation Times

To ensure transparency, we will send you regular updates with pictures of the crafting process.

• Within 3 - 5 days after purchase, you will receive a mockup preview of your artwork for approval. During this stage, you can request your ideal changes on the portrait mockup.
• Once you're satisfied, you can give your approval for the portrait to be painted or crafted. The process of painting or crafting typically takes between 3 to 25 working days, depending on the product.
  • - Oil Painting: 8-10 working days.
  • - Pencil Drawing: 3-5 working days.
  • - Watercolor Painting: 5-7 working days.
  • - Mug/Plate: 7-10 working days.
  • - Needle Felting: 10-15 working days.
  • - Leather Engraving: 10-12 working days.
  • - Embroidery: 15-25 working days.
• We will provide you with a detailed schedule for your order to keep you informed. If you're interested in the crafting process, feel free to request updates from us.

We will never ship artwork without your approval, guaranteeing the highest quality possible.

Please note that any changes made during this stage may impact artwork creation times.

Important Notes

• Address changes must be requested within 30 minutes of ordering. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately about any needed edits.
• Our "jump the queue" option expedites your artwork creation but does not impact shipping speed.
• We cannot accommodate photo swap requests after an order is placed.
• Unfortunately we do not ship to military addresses. We will contact you if one is provided to get an alternate shipping address.
