Your Woodykiki portrait is a piece of art, created just for you. Because each illustration is handcrafted with care, our process involves two key stages: Artwork Creation and Shipping.
Step 1: Artwork Creation & Your Approval
This is where the magic happens! After you place your order, our artists get to work illustrating your pet's portrait.
- You'll receive an artwork proof via email within 3-5 business days.
- We will never ship anything without your 100% approval. Your happiness is our top priority.
- Please note: Requesting changes to your artwork may add time to the creation process.
Step 2: Shipping Your Portrait
Once you have approved the final artwork, we will print, frame, and ship your portrait.

Where will my order be shipped from?
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we ship from a global network of warehouses. We always aim to ship from the location closest to you, depending on stock availability.

Our system automatically selects the best warehouse to fulfill your order based on your shipping address and our current inventory levels. This allows us to get your Woodykiki products to you efficiently.
Will my package be charged customs fees or sales tax?
No, you will not face any extra charges. We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We cover all customs duties, import fees, and taxes required for delivery. This is also known as a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) shipment.
With Woodykiki, there are absolutely no surprise charges. We handle everything so you can enjoy a seamless and worry-free shopping experience from checkout to delivery.
Important Order Information
- Address Changes: Please review your confirmation email carefully. Any changes to your shipping address must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- "Fast-Track" Orders: This option speeds up your artwork creation time, moving you to the front of our artists' queue. It does not affect the shipping time.
- Photo Swaps: To ensure a smooth process for everyone, we cannot accommodate requests to swap the original photo after an order has been placed.
- Military Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If one is provided, we will contact you for an alternate address.
