What is a lenticular portrait?

A lenticular portrait is a handcrafted pet portrait made with a special ridged lens layered over multiple printed images. As you move, it creates lifelike motion and depth — bringing your pet's spirit to life without screens, wires, or batteries.

Each piece is a one-of-a-kind keepsake designed to last a lifetime.

Is a frame included?

Yes — every portrait arrives in our signature anodized aluminum frame, with vibrant color fused directly into the metal for a glossy, jewel-like finish. No assembly required; it's ready to display the moment you open the box.

Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?

Absolutely! We support 1, 2, or 3 pets per portrait. Need more? Just contact us at support@woodykiki.com and we'll make it happen.

Do you illustrate all animals?

Yes! At Woodykiki, we illustrate all animals — from bunnies and cats to horses and beyond. Every portrait is custom-made to capture your pet's unique personality.

Can you create a memorial portrait?

Yes, and it's an honor to. Many of our portraits are created in memory of beloved pets who have passed. Just upload your favorite photo at checkout — our artists will treat it with the care it deserves.

How do I care for my portrait?

Your portrait is built to last. To keep it looking its best:

  • Wipe the lens gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or excess water.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve color vibrancy.

Photos & Previews

What photo works best?

  • A great photo is captured in a beautifully illuminated setting, preferably with natural lighting and no filters or alterations.
  • It should be a close-up, frontal shot, showing the ears, head, neck, and chest in full.
  • Try to avoid photos taken from above, or ones that appear blurry.

Can I see a preview before production?

Yes! Once your order is confirmed, our artists will hand-illustrate your pet's portrait and email you a digital proof within about a week.

At this stage, you'll have the chance to review the artwork and request revisions to the illustration, such as adjustments to coloring, expression, or details, before we move into production.

Please note: this proof stage is for artwork revisions only — order details like shipping address can only be changed within the first 30 minutes after ordering.

Why am I being asked to upload a new photo?

After you place an order, our artists carefully review your pet's photos to ensure they meet our quality standards — checking resolution, focus, lighting, and positioning. This review usually takes 1 business day.

If your photo doesn't fully meet our criteria, we'll email you, and text you if available, with friendly tips for capturing a better shot. This step ensures your portrait turns out as beautifully as your pet deserves.

Orders & Changes

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes! You can update your order details, such as shipping address, pet photo, or product options, within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing us at support@woodykiki.com.

After 30 minutes, your order is sent to our artists to begin the illustration process, so order detail changes may no longer be possible.

💡 Don't worry — you'll still have the chance to review and request artwork revisions when we send your digital proof. See "Can I see a preview?" for details.

Can I cancel my order?

Because every portrait is custom-made and handcrafted just for your pet, our artists begin work shortly after your order is placed. If you'd like to cancel, please email us at support@woodykiki.com within 30 minutes of ordering and we'll take care of it right away. After that window, your portrait is already in our artists' hands and can no longer be cancelled.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your portrait ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also reach out to us anytime at support@woodykiki.com for an update.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

  • FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $150 USD.
  • $10 USD Flat Rate for orders under $150 USD.
When will my portrait arrive?

Estimated Delivery Time after artwork approval:

  • USA & Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia & Middle East: 1–2 weeks

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping availability is shown at checkout.

Will I pay customs or duties?

No — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We cover all customs duties and import taxes, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Where is it shipped from?

To ensure efficient processing, we ship from our global warehouses in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. Your order will be dispatched from the optimal location based on current inventory levels.

Will my items ship together?

We do our best to ship orders in a single package. However, if items in your order are completed at different times, they may ship separately to avoid any delay.

Returns & Issues

Can I return my portrait?

Because every Woodykiki portrait is custom-made and handcrafted just for you and your pet, we're unable to accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — that's why we offer a preview stage for artwork revisions before production begins. And if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we'll happily send a replacement.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! While we package each portrait with great care, accidents can happen in transit. Just email us at support@woodykiki.com with a few photos of the damage and we'll arrange a free replacement right away.
