Refund Policy
Last updated: June 13, 2026
At Woodykiki, we create custom hand-illustrated lenticular pet portraits that are tailored to each customer and their pet. Because each portrait is personalized and made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel your order or update any order details — such as your shipping address, pet photo, size, or product options — please email support@woodykiki.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After 30 minutes, your order may begin processing. At that point, cancellations and changes — including shipping address updates — may no longer be possible and will be granted only at our discretion.
Preview & Revisions
Once the 30-minute change and cancellation window has passed, your order is sent to our artists, who will hand-illustrate your pet's portrait and email you a digital preview within about one week.
The preview shows the illustration only. The final 3D depth, motion effect, layered background, lenticular lens, and printed finish are added during production and cannot be shown at this stage.
At the preview stage, you may request up to 2 rounds of revisions to the illustration, such as adjustments to coloring, expression, or details. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to an extra fee or declined at our discretion.
Please reply to our preview email within 5 days. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, your preview will be considered approved and your order will move into final production automatically. This helps us keep your order on schedule and ensure timely delivery.
Once the preview is approved, either by your reply or automatically after 5 days, we will proceed with final production.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at support@woodykiki.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos of the item;
- Clear photos of the packaging;
- A photo of the shipping label;
- A description of the issue.
Please keep the item and original packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may need these for carrier claims or quality review.
Once we confirm the issue, we may offer one or more of the following remedies depending on the situation: a replacement, a repair or correction where practical, a partial refund, store credit, or a full refund where appropriate or required by law.
We reserve the right to decline a remedy if the claim is submitted late, if required evidence is not provided, if the item has been used or altered, or if the issue was caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Photo Quality
The quality of your submitted photo directly impacts the finished portrait. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, heavily filtered, cropped, or poorly lit photos may make it harder to capture your pet's likeness, colors, markings, expression, or personality.
Please follow our photo guidelines to get the best results. While we do our best to work from the photo you provide, unclear or missing details in the submitted photo are not considered an error on our part.
Handmade Variations
As each portrait is hand-illustrated, slight variations in color, texture, brushwork, and detail are part of the unique character of custom artwork and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different on screen versus the final physical product, depending on your monitor, phone, display settings, lighting, and the printing process. These screen-to-print differences are also not considered defects.
Lenticular, 3D & Motion Effects
Your portrait is produced as a lenticular print, which combines your hand-illustrated portrait with added 3D depth, layered backgrounds, or a motion effect that changes as the viewing angle changes.
The digital preview shows the illustration only. The final 3D depth, motion effect, layered background, lenticular lens, and printed finish are added during production after approval and cannot be shown at the preview stage.
The strength and visibility of the 3D and motion effects may vary depending on viewing angle, viewing distance, lighting conditions, the selected style, and the final printed size. Product photos and videos are provided for demonstration purposes and may be filmed or photographed under optimal conditions.
Layered backgrounds — such as sunburst, galaxy, or other selected styles — are applied as part of the design style chosen at checkout. Slight variations in 3D depth, motion intensity, layering, background placement, color, alignment, and detail are a natural part of the lenticular design and printing process and are not considered defects.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your final portrait, please contact us at support@woodykiki.com as soon as possible. We will review your concern in good faith and work with you to find a reasonable solution where possible.
Our goal is to craft top-quality art you will cherish.
