Refund Policy
At woodykiki, we create custom hand-painted and handcrafted products that are tailored to each customer and their pet. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed custom artwork. Your one-of-a-kind portrait is created especially for you and your beloved companion.
However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your final portrait for any reason, please contact us right away. We will work with you to find a solution and make sure you're fully satisfied.
In the event your order arrives damaged, the wrong size, or with any other error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement at no charge. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged or incorrect order.
If you have recently placed an order and have changed your mind, you can cancel or alter your order within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, any cancellation or change requests will be granted at our discretion. This policy is due to our artists often starting work as soon as an order is placed.
The quality of your submitted photo directly impacts the finished portrait. Low resolution, blurry, or poorly lit photos often cannot capture your pet's spirit and likeness. Please follow our photo guidelines to get the best results. While we try to accommodate requests, we cannot edit or alter submitted photos.
