- It should be a close-up, frontal shot, showcasing the ears, head, neck, and chest in its entirety.
- Try to avoid capturing images from above or ones that appear blurry.

Yes, we currently support 1 or 2 pets in a single portrait.

Yes, it is possible to make changes to your pet portrait order. However, please contact support@woodykiki.com within 30 minutes of placing your order to request any changes.
After the 30-minute timeframe, most changes, including address updates, cannot be made. Please be aware that making changes to orders may cause shipping delays in some cases.
